ELIX Polymers employees will travel around the world in 100 days
Last Wednesday 22 May, 63 employees from ELIX Polymers signed up for the new edition of the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge, the most important international event for team cohesion and the promotion of healthy habits in companies.
For 100 days, thousands of participants from all corners of the world will take part in a virtual trip that promotes physical activity, healthy diets, resistance to stress, quality of sleep and healthy habits. In ELIX, 9 teams of 7 members have been set up, which will establish goals, formulate strategies to accumulate steps and encourage each other to make healthy decisions that allow them to achieve their objectives every day.
This challenge forms part of the new ELIX Polymers “Feel Good” Healthy Company programme. The objective of this new programme is to energise strategic initiatives that contribute to promoting a healthy work environment, implementing work lines that are aimed at acquiring habits to ensure the well-being of employees and their friends and families.
“By participating in the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge we aim to promote the well-being and commitment of our personnel and ensure that each team member acquires a healthier lifestyle and greater motivation on completing the challenge”, says Noelia Vázquez, HR and Communications Director at ELIX Polymers.
ELIX Polymers will continue to support initiatives that help strengthen bonds between fellow workers, promoting values such as motivation, teambuilding, cohesion and habits for leading a healthy life.
